Not altogether happy with your purchase? Though we do regret to hear this, we will do everything we can to resolve your issue.
In accordance with our return procedure you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Do bear in mind however that any goods you wish to return cannot show any signs of usage and must be returned to us -if reasonably possible- in their original packaging. You will appreciate that if you have used the bike for 10 days, the bike will no longer be new and we won’t be able to give you a full refund.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have received your return form. On receipt of our confirmation email you can return the good(s) or bring them back to the following address:
As soon as the good(s) are in our possession again, we will inspect them to make sure they are still in perfect condition. If everything is in order we will refund you the full amount. However, the costs associated with returning the goods will be yours to bear. All other and previous costs will be covered by us. You can check out our return policy here (article 4).
