WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
YOORS works together with the local bicycle dealer. That dealer is also a YOORS dealer, so you as a consumer receive the right service. All our selected YOORS dealers naturally have all the necessary product knowledge and can guide you perfectly with the purchase of your bicycle. At YOORS we also offer a range where you can give your bicycle the color that suits you best. Our distribution points also have a handy color display so that you get a perfect and true picture of your favorite color combination.
‘YOORS bikes’, the brainchild of two passionate entrepreneurs, Pascal and Christophe, is a new brand of e-bikes. With a combined experience of more than 40 years’ in the world of cycling under their belt, they decided to join forces to set a new trend in the bicycle industry. Are you up for it?
And of course, a new brand needs a new name. A name that reflects what we stand for. We believe that your bike should also really be your bike, one that’s exactly as you want it. That’s what YOORS means. In English that is, and spelt slightly differently. But 100 % yours!
GENERAL
The YOORS e-bike comes in a ladies and a gents model.

Depending on your exact height you can adjust the bicycle by lowering or raising the saddle and handlebar stem. In the event of doubt, don’t hesitate to contact us by email or via +32 (0)16 19 65 96. Prefer to get a professional to give you a hand? Then call into your local YOORS dealer. He or she will immediately adjust the bicycle to your height.

ORDERING A BIKE
You can order your YOORS bicycle through one of our YOORS dealers. During your visit to the store, the salesperson will guide you so that you make the best choice in relation to your use and budget.
Are you someone who knows exactly what we want? Then you can put together your model yourself via our website and save and/or print your configuration. You can then simply hand this over to your YOORS dealer and he will do the necessary to effectively order the bicycle.
Of course! Simply provide us with your enterprise number at the time of ordering and you will receive the invoice together with your bicycle.
If you purchased your YOORS bicycle via a YOORS dealer, you will need to talk to your YOORS dealer. He will look at the various options to make sure that you are 100 % happy. It may also be a good idea to enquire about your YOORS dealer’s return conditions before you sign on the dotted line.
DELIVERY
During the sales conversation, your YOORS dealer will be able to tell you whether he can deliver your bicycle from his own stock or whether it must be ordered from us.
If the bicycle is available from his own stock, he will immediately be able to give you a date when your bicycle is ready for collection. If it has to be ordered, you can assume that your bicycle will need a maximum of 12 working days to be delivered.
After receiving your bicycle, the YOORS dealer you selected will unpack the bicycle and set it up to be ready for riding. He will then contact you to inform you that your YOORS bicycle is ready for collection at the store.
To ship our YOORS bikes we work with the company Transport Aernouts, specialised in the transport of bicycles. They will treat your bike with the utmost care. Needless to say, you are always free to contact Transport Aernouts via https://aernoutslogisticssupport.eu/nl/home/
SERVICE/MAINTENANCE/WARRANTY
With YOORS bikes we only work closely with the best bicycle dealers, that way you can count on an excellent service.

Your YOORS bike is covered by a 3-year warranty on its frame and fork. The other parts are covered by a 2-year warranty. Accidents, wear and tear or misuse will obviously not be covered. Click here for our detailed warranty policy. (link to external document sales and warranty terms).
Your local dealer will service your bicycle. No dealer in your area? Just take it to any other bicycle repairman as he will also be able to service your bike! Because YOORS PLUS+ bicycles use the Shimano STEPS or Bosch system, 95 % of bicycle shops will be able to read out your bike and/or order the necessary parts to service/repair your bike correctly.
Our regular YOORS models also use high quality motors that can count on a smooth supply of parts.
As soon as your YOORS bicycle is available, your YOORS dealer will inform you about this. The involved YOORS dealer then will make sure that your bike is 100% ready to ride when you schedule the delivery.
LEASING EN FINANCIERING
If you wish to use your bicycle for commuting, you can indeed lease the bicycle cheaply in many cases. Your employer can provide you with more information about this. You can find our leasing partners via this page.
We ourselves are not a lender, so it is best to contact your trusted financial institution. They will then make you a loan proposal with which you can purchase.
Via KBC, for example, you can have a simulation made for a bicycle loan. For such a bicycle loan worth the full amount (3.099,00 euros) and with a term of 30 months, you pay + -104.76 euros per month. This equates to a borrowing rate (APR) of 1.09%. After 30 months, the total amount paid is 3,142.60 euros.
